Limit orders
Do you expect a more favorable exchange rate in the future? Buy or sell foreign currency at your desired exchange rate.
Do you have a certain exchange rate in mind but don't have time to monitor the currency market? Then limit orders are the ideal solution. This way, you can buy or sell foreign currency at the exchange rate you desire, even outside of normal business hours. You can fully concentrate on your business and don't have to spend time monitoring the currency market.
What is a limit order?
Limit order or so called take profit-orders are instructions to execute a currency transaction at a rate that is not currently available but is more favorable to the customer. When this rate becomes available, the transaction is automatically executed. Since the currency market is open 24 hours a day on business days, your order can also be executed while you sleep. This way, you will never miss an opportunity for a good exchange rate again.
You can also place a stoploss-order. These are instructions to execute a currency transaction at a rate that is not currently available, but is less favorable to the customer than the current rate. When this rate becomes available, the transaction is automatically executed. These orders are for customers who want to wait for a more favorable exchange rate but do not want to end up trading at a rate less favorable than the stop-loss rate.
How does it work?
Alle orders dienen over de telefoon of per email afgegeven worden. Wij hebben enkele gegevens nodig om de order correct in ons handelssysteem in te voeren. Wij moeten weten welke valuta wordt gekocht en welke verkocht. Op welke wisselkoers moet de order worden uitgevoerd en de looptijd van de order. U kunt na het invoeren van de order in ons handelssysteem deze order alleen wijzigen tijdens kantooruren. Zodra de order is uitgevoerd ontvangt u bericht van ons. Als de order ‘s nachts wordt uitgevoerd zal dit de volgende ochtend zijn.
